Water Conditioner
Can be to reduce raw water pH to optimum levels—ideally pH 5.0 for most spray formulation chemistries. Check with the manufacturer of the chemistry before pretreating raw water.
General De-scaler.
Dilute with water from 1:5 to 1:25 parts water and saturate hardwater/salt scaling on equipment and transfer accessories. Let soak for a few minutes. Caution should be used to prevent prolonged soaking times as corrosion may occur. Be sure to rinse thoroughly after use.
Typical cost per use:
0.5 to 2 kgs (1- 4.5 lbs) per 1000 gallon spray tank. $0.03 - $0.23 per acre at 10 gallons /acre spray volume
